Fat Cinnamon Peach Banana Bread1

Now that I think about it I’m kinda glad I didn’t as I can’t say that rapping is one of my talents. And when you don’t know who Jay-Z can be then maybe we’ll just move ahead and discuss the real star here: Banana bread. With peaches. Annndddd cinnamon. A brown sugar topping too!
It simply makes me feel all cozy and wonderful.
Since there are a good amount of peaches in August, I wanted to bring you a fun formula. Of course peach pie can be delicious and peach cobbler is usually amazing but those are classics, and I needed to bake something just a little creative to cause you to swoon. The solution happened to be staring right at me: ripe bananas on my kitchen counter! I have no idea, it’s like these bananas simply beg me to be mashed into delicious breads or something. Or to be produced into pie.
Either way I know that anytime you can find ripe bananas around, magic is about to happen. Hehe.
Look in that crust on the top from the banana loaf of bread! No significantly, stare at it for a good minute.
The crust is simply perfectly golden brown and the consequence of sprinkling brown glucose at the top before baking. The brown glucose caramelizes and hardens when cooked then forms a nice crusty exterior for this superb crunchy topping.
Oh and the within? Therefore flavorful and moist! Plus who can feel guilty about this bread? Not me considering I currently ate 3 pieces.
This bread is downright sensational. The peaches put in a juicy taste and a gorgeous addition to the very best. Of course the bananas tend to be more prominent the peaches flavorwise, but still the juicy items of peaches surprise you with every bite and the cinnamon actually makes the flavor pop.
I wanted to help keep this bread low in fat and calorie consumption therefore i used minimal butter and non-fat greek yogurt. I didn’t possess any whole wheat grains in my cupboard, or I might have used some of that within the recipe rather than only using white flour.
