There is certainly not better giving ourselves a treat, time to relax and give our feet the maximum care they deserve. Besides, they carry our weight once we carry our daily tasks. They also need to be spoiled occasionally.
One thing our feet love the most is providing them with a foot spa. You can head to spa centers or you can do foot spa in the home. You don’t need expensive foot spa products; you only need the proper merchandise that won’t irritate the skin.
Here’s how:
1. Soak feet in lukewarm water for at least quarter-hour. This is the time where you can just sit back and relax. You can use a basin ample you can go with. While feet is soaked in water, look for magazines and newspapers and even watch TV while at the moment. It’s like giving your sweet tooth a delicacy occasionally.
2. Exfoliate your epidermis and scrub off calluses. As soon as the feet became soft with lukewarm water, you can utilize a pumice stone to exfoliate to scrub down dead skin. You can also use a foot scrub. It depends on the choice that’s more comfortable with you.
3. Clip and moisturize them. After getting reduce old skin debris, work on the toenails. Use a nail clipper created for you. Use a nail file to shape them after cutting any additional length.
